We will be building out EVERYTHING in my proprietary software REI Simple & training you how to use it all.

We’re going to be spending 3 days going deep into creating custom marketing campaigns, and then fine tuning them specifically to YOUR business.

You will leave with nothing left to do, but “turn it on”.... get home and start talking to sellers.

Bottom line… you will have hot Buyer and Seller leads ready and waiting for you when you get here. 

But after we train you on how to use all the marketing and systems that we have set up for you, you’re also going to learn the following:
  • How to talk to sellers - and negotiate deals quickly over the phone
  • ​How to make fast, easy offers - multiple offers, like cash, lease options, owner financing
  • ​How to build a team to do all of this for you
Here’s what we’re doing:
First, we’ll be setting you up with an REI Simple account. REI Simple is my new CRM that basically gives you everything you need to run an investing business. EVERYTHING...

Then, we’re taking all our favorite marketing campaigns and systems (that we are using today and what’s working for our private clients), and literally TRANSPLANTING THEM from my account into yours.

I’m even including all the marketing scripts, calculators, postcards, SMS texts, voicemail broadcasts, follow up auto-responders, proposals, contracts, letters, etc, etc… into your account.

(All of this will pretty much be done before you arrive, by the way.)

Now, once you get to the workshop - here’s what will happen.

First, we will teach you how to use all these marketing systems. We will walk you through how to turn them on, what to send sellers, what to text buyers, etc, etc.

Then, we will teach you how to talk to sellers and make simple multiple offers to them - cash offers, lease options, owner financing.

After that, we will teach you how to click a few buttons, and send all the letters, proposals, and contracts that will be in your REI Simple account.

Again, these are all the systems and tools that we (and our best clients) are using EVERY DAY. Our goal is to just TRANSFER these same tools to you for you to start using and deploy.

(Might as well model what’s working, right?)

Once you tweak a few things, to personalize your marketing, you will DEPLOY it!

We will literally be working on LIVE buyer and seller leads, in your account, when you are here. 

We are also going to teach you how to talk to these sellers and make offers - right then and there - at the workshop.

So, we’re doing all the “tech stuff” for you. And we’re teaching you the “soft stuff”, like talking to sellers and making offers… all virtually, in multiple markets.

This workshop is deliberately very small (10 people max) so that my team and I can personally help you get everything built and deployed while you are here.

The cost for the workshop is only $5,000.

You will also need approximately $1,000 to get started for the actual marketing itself - for the seller and buyer lists, skip tracing, direct mail, REI Simple, etc.

(REI Simple is either $97 or $197/mo. We highly recommend $197/mo because it comes with buyer and seller lists, and skip tracing, already built in.)
